MINIMUM 160 MARKS · CLOSES 17TH SEPTEMBER 2026

LAST UPDATED: August 2, 2026

Is the UNIOSUN Post-UTME Form Out for 2026/2027?

Yes. UNIOSUN has officially opened Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2026/2027 academic session. Registration is live now at admissions.uniosun.edu.ng, and forms close at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 17th September, 2026.

UNIOSUN has opened Post-UTME screening for the 2026/2027 academic session. Candidates who chose Osun State University as first choice — or want to switch UNIOSUN to first choice — need a minimum JAMB score of 160 to apply. Screening forms close at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 17th September, 2026.

Minimum Score Requirements

  • 160 marks — minimum to apply for Post-UTME screening at all
  • 200 marks — minimum required for Law, Nursing, and Islamic Law
  • Medicine admissions are on hold for the 2026/2027 session
  • If you scored below 200 but chose Law, Nursing, Medicine, or Islamic Law, you can switch to any other relevant programme and still apply

Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old as at 30th September, 2026 to apply. This is a national policy requirement, not a UNIOSUN-specific rule.

How to Apply

  1. Go to admissions.uniosun.edu.ng (or the main site, uniosun.edu.ng)
  2. Read the registration guidelines carefully before you start
  3. Pay the Portal Access Fee of ₦3,000 via Remita, using a Mastercard, Verve, or Interswitch-enabled card
  4. Pay the Post-UTME Screening fee of ₦2,000 the same way
  5. Complete and submit your application form online
  6. Print two copies of your submitted form and keep them safe

Screening & Portal Access Fees

ItemAmount
Portal Access Fee₦3,000
Post-UTME Screening Fee₦2,000
Total₦5,000

Payments are processed through the Remita Web Pay platform only.

Direct Entry Candidates

If you're applying via Direct Entry, complete the same online form at admissions.uniosun.edu.ng — but read the specific admission requirements for your intended programme first, since they differ from UTME entry. You must also:

  • Send your Academic Transcripts to the Registrar of Osun State University by Friday, 4th September, 2026
  • Have an official Direct Entry Form from JAMB — this applies even if you're on UNIOSUN's IJMB or JUPEB programme
  • Still register for and participate in the screening exercise

O'Level Eligibility

You need at least 5 credit passes in SSCE, NECO, or NABTEB, in subjects relevant to your chosen programme, from no more than two sittings.

Exception: candidates applying for Medicine, Nursing, Islamic Law, or Law must have their 5 credits from one sitting only.

Direct Entry candidates may be accepted with a minimum of Lower Credit.

CAPS & O'Level Upload

Admissions this cycle run through JAMB's Central Admission Processing System (CAPS). Uploading your O'Level result to the JAMB CAPS portal is a pre-condition for admission — do this as soon as your result is available, and don't wait until after screening.

Important Warnings

  • Give accurate information on the portal. Falsifying details can lead to prosecution and withdrawal of admission if discovered — and any fees paid will not be refunded
  • Awaiting your result? You have one week from its release to submit it
  • Skipping the screening exercise means you won't be considered for admission at all — there's no exception for this
  • All admitted candidates go through a mandatory medical examination, which includes drug screening

Closing Date

Forms close at 12:00 noon on Thursday, 17th September, 2026. Apply early — portal traffic and payment gateways tend to slow down in the final days.
